About our flower farm
We grow beautiful flowers and foliage on our tiny farm, just south of Salisbury. To protect and support wild plants, insects, birds and other wildlife we work with nature; avoiding pesticides, peat, artificial fertilisers or heavy machinery.
We grow spring bulbs, cottage garden favourites, stunning roses and dahlias, and masses of foliage. Find us on Salisbury's ancient Charter Market, every Saturday from March through to December...come early as we are often sold out by midday! We also sell bouquets at Coombe Bissett Stores and various local farm shops. We take special orders by telephone of bouquets, tubs and buckets for collection from the market or at the 'farm gate'. We also provide dried flowers and wreaths, and a range of specially designed floral greetings cards.
Our tiny farm rests comfortably in the bottom of a chalk valley, curiously marked on maps as "Flower's Bottom". It is named after the Flower family, who appear frequently in the local church register in previous centuries, and farmed this beautiful piece of Wiltshire in days gone by. Catherine offers local and online talks about flower farming in this fabulous landscape.
